03-26-2007 - New High Precision Flying Shear
Machine Concepts Inc. has completed design and construction of a high precision flying shear.  

10-15-2007 - Shop Expansion
Machine Concepts Inc. is currently expanding our assembly high bay area.  This 12,000 sq. ft. expansion will be completed by the end of the year.

09-08-2009 - AutoFlat Installation

Machine Concepts has just completed their 18^th installation of their tried and proven AutoFlat system.  All these very successful installations are integrated into MCI Gen III levelers.  Installations are in CTL lines, press feed lines, slitting lines, coating lines, and a pickle line. 

The patented AutoFlat system reads material shape as the material exits the leveler and automatically adjusts the flights to achieve and maintain flat strip even if shape changes within the coil.
