This is a pivotal role that serves as the face of our company while providing critical support to our financial and operational departments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in financial data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Support: Assist with accurate entry of payroll time records and processing of accounts payable/vendor invoices.
- Purchasing & Logistics: Assisting the procurement team with purchase orders and coordinating essential shipping documentation.
- Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors with a professional demeanor and managing a multi-line phone system.
- Administrative Support: Performing various office tasks including filing, mail distribution, scheduling luncheons and employee outings, and supporting department managers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Financial Background: Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or high-volume financial data entry is preferred.
- Master Multitasker: Ability to pivot between deep-concentration tasks and immediate interruptions (phones/visitors) without losing accuracy.
- Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning internal
ERP/accounting software.
