In addition to our standard roller leveler offerings, we also specialize in engineering and building custom roller levelers for tight spaces and retrofit limitations where standard levelers won’t fit. Our engineers work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure every requirement is met.
Our custom-designed levelers can incorporate all of the standard features found in our basic roller leveler, cassette cart roller leveler, and drawer cassette roller leveler, along with any specialized options required for your unique application. Provided there is adequate space, we can build to virtually any frame and roll size based on your process specifications so the leveler can be removed from the line for cleaning and service or simply if the material doesn’t need leveled.
The G3N, a custom leveler we designed and built, is a specialty leveler typically built for existing coil-to-coil lines where there is limited space available. It is available either as a lift-out or slide-out design, so the leveler can be removed from the line for cleaning and service.
Shown is a high-speed roller leveler we engineered specifically for processing aluminum in an edge trim/slitting line.
