Coil Processing

Yes! We specialize in custom design/build projects of all types to accommodate any Slitting, Side Trimming, Cut-to-Length, Multi-Blanking, Roller Leveling, Tension Leveling or Plate Leveling. Whether you have a complete line, single component retrofit or an equipment rebuild, we have an in-house team of highly skilled mechanical, electrical and controls engineers who have pioneered some of the most innovative mechanical and automated solutions in the industry.

“Bring it on!” is what we like to say. We don’t shy away from complicated or difficult projects. In fact, we are known in the industry for taking on tough applications, the projects other equipment suppliers are too intimidated to take on. Custom designing and building are what we are all about. We are with you every step of the way from concept to completion.

Yes, we do. Line upgrades with equipment replacements are often the most efficient and economical answer to adapting to your changing market requirements.  Our upgrade solutions can help produce higher-quality products, faster line speeds, quicker changeovers, wider gauge ranges and reduced operating costs. We can upgrade and repurpose used equipment and/or design new equipment to fit an existing line.

Absolutely! Due to our extensive engineering expertise, combined with our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, we can integrate your existing equipment with new components. The end result is a seamless marriage of equipment to produce a modern, high-performance processing line.

Yes, extensively. Service centers work with a very wide range of customers and materials. Flexibility and dependability are paramount to this industry.  We have a long history of developing patented technologies such as our AutoFlat Leveler Control System and our Split Drive System. These and other advantages we offer set a new standard for coil processing equipment. Additionally, we build what we sell. This means we know the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every piece of our equipment.

We offer complete single-source systems for any coil processing requirement, whether you need a Cut-to-Length Line, Multi-Blanking Line, Slitting Line, Packaging Line or Tension Leveling Line. Additionally, our systems can process any type of material from hot rolled, cold rolled, stainless steel, aluminum, red metals or anything in between. We are a one-stop turnkey supplier.

Sure do! We have an entire team who are experts in rebuilds, both equipment and complete lines.  Through decades of experience, we know what it takes to rebuild equipment and bring it back to its original specifications. Attention to detail is the key.  We make sure the proper bearings are used, fit-up tolerances correct and design clearances are checked under both static and running conditions. We can also provide new drives, controls, electrical cabinets as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Yes, we can. However, we do this on a project-by-project basis. We first evaluate if an engineering study is beneficial to the project. If so, we start by visiting your facility for a thorough on-site inspection and evaluation. When the analysis is complete, we revisit your facility to review the study and discuss options and recommendations for the best possible solutions to address your needs.

Yes, we tailor on-site training for operators and/or maintenance teams based on the equipment provided and your production needs. We can also do ongoing training programs and consult on a project-by-project basis.

Yes! Preplanning and clear communication are the keys to our successful installs. You can expect our project managers to work hand-in-hand with your team to ensure a smooth installation. Depending on the scale of the project, our team of skilled service technicians may complete the installation or we may call on our network of vetted service provider partners. In either case, our project managers oversee every detail to ensure an on-time and worry-free install.
